    I always go to capital one bank for my banking needs,but i hate going to this location..... stuff is very rude !!!!!!!! not professional at all ! i came one day to put my money in to the business account and one of the bill was fake!!!!!! and okay i understand that they have to take my id or whatever ,but there was no need to tell other people that was working wit her !!!!!!!when i was standing out side waiting for her to come back everyone was looking at me like i bought all fake bills. i think the girl who was helping was riarnna or something like that ......I always go to other capital bank but this is very close to my business so i choose to come here when I really had to !!!!!! but guess what ? all the time i come here they have some kind of problem... One day my husband came at this location and they asked for id to depositing some money !!!!!!!!! u don't need to give them id if the deposit is under 10,000. They act like they are the only one knows what r they doing !!!!! i don't come this location and I will never will. just taking some of my time to do this ,so u can change it make it better !!!!!!

    Convenient for parking and that's about it. Manager told me to go have a cup of coffee at Starbucks before he knew what I wanted because they only take appointments. When I asked him if he should know what I wanted first, he said, ok. I simply wanted something bank-related to be faxed. Then the woman didn't know how to use the fax machine. Oy vey!
